his research aims to examine the impact of three key variables on economic development in the South Nias region. These variables include regional income, budget allocation for capital, and indicators of human resource progress. The study was carried out using a descriptive approach and multivariate regression techniques. Research findings reveal that individually, these three factors have an influence, but not substantial enough, on the rate of economic growth. Interestingly, when these three aspects were evaluated simultaneously, a more significant effect was seen.

The methodology applied includes multiple linear regression analysis, accompanied by a series of tests, including classic assumption tests and hypothesis tests, to ensure the validity of the research results.
